About Venue

Surrey History Centre has rooms to hire for events, meetings, training, seminars and workshops.


The air-conditioned rooms can be laid out in various styles. Our conference room holds up to 80 people seated theatre style. This can be split into two smaller rooms; the seminar and events rooms seat up to 20 people.

Rooms are available from 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Weekend/evening hire may be possible; please ask.


A data projector and microphone equipment can be hired. We have a large screen available for use with the projectors and can also provide flipcharts and pens for a fee. A hearing loop is available in the seminar and conference room.

Tea, coffee, biscuits and lunches can be provided at extra cost, please ask for a quote.

Conference Room: Full Day - £360, Half Day - £180, Quarter Day - £90

Seminar Room: Full Day - £180, Half Day - £100, Quarter Day - £50

Events Room: Full Day - £180, Half Day - £100, Quarter Day - £50
