Really loved the room, very quiet couldn't hear any of the other guests. Separate toilet to the bathroom Super comfy bed. Plenty of space to work and lots of power points. Breakfast choices were excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful I'd definitely stay again if in the area. And would recommend it Secure parking which was gated. Awesome stay. Extremely pleasantly surprised

Great stay, we were able to check in early which we were very grateful for. Lovely, clean, fresh, well provisioned room. Waterfall shower and comfortable bed with good quality linen and sufficient pillows. The toilet was separate to the main bathroom which is a lovely feature. The bar/restaurant area was great for a relaxing coffee or drink (we didn't eat but the menu looked good). Staff were efficient and friendly, breakfast was superb (particularly the perfectly cooked poached eggs).

Great place to stay and nice staff.always greeted with a smile.I forgot to register my car with car park scheme a day late and was fined at a later date through the post.i contacted the hotel and explained I'd stayed the previous night and was only a mistake. The hotel then took responsibility to contact the car park company and squash my fine and deal with the issue which was resolved very quickly..which I'm very thankful for

This was a really lovely hotel overall. The facilities are well maintained. Lots of parking. The receptionists were very professional. Check-in was straightforward. The room was very spacious. I loved all the things in the room including the air conditioning, fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, sofa. The Air conditioning might need some servicing though. The breakfast was buffet style with a very wide variety of options. I liked my stay here, apart from the air conditioning that did not work too well

Nice clean room. Large king bed (not 2 singles like most this price). Large enough room. Quiet. Tea, coffee facilities, safe and fridge in room. Easy check in. HD TV. Large desk for work. Overall happy.

I have been staying in this hotel during many visits to Wolverhampton. It is a good business hotel with comfy rooms. The restaurant and bar area has been renovated recently and looks good. The breakfast spread is good and typically English. The food menu is Ok but limited and can do with some more variety. Amenities like gym, swimming pool are lacking. However, this is one of the best option available for a business travel.

Friendly staff and well located for City and other attractions. Room decor is very tired and needs an urgent update. Sound proofing would be a good idea. Two night stay, both nights sleep disturbed by selfish noisy guests returning to rooms after midnight. Food in restaurant plentiful and good value for money. Great buffet breakfast.

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Started off with the staff giving us wrong information. We called in advance and asked if we could check out later. Was told that we could but at a cost of £10 per hour. On arriving we went to pay only to be told that they would not allow us to stay more than 2 hours. We informed the staff when we made the booking what time we needed to leave, and they told us it would not be a problem. And on the day, they changed their policy. The room we paid for was a superior room with a queen bed and sofa, and what we got was a room that smelled and was dirty. The iron looked like it had seen better days, and the board was moldy. In the middle of the night, the whole floor had a power cut and was told by staff to wait till morning for someone to come and fix it. It was only when all the customers on the floor complained that we were moved to better rooms. If there were better rooms in the first place, then why put us all in low-quality rooms to start with? Avoid this place unless you have no other options.
