Building a reputation as Worcestershire’s premier events destination, our six main venue spaces can host events for up to 220 guests at any one time. Whether it is a small, intimate event or a large milestone celebration, our expert and attentive team are on hand to help deliver an unforgettable experience.

With a dedicated Events Co-ordinator for each booking, we ensure your needs and preferences are our top priority. Your event journey will be seamless, from the first meeting and discussion of ideas right through to the delivery of your function.

Situated on the riverbanks of the famous River Severn and set against the iconic backdrop of Worcester Cathedral, the venue offers mesmerising panoramic views that create a truly special setting for any event.

Your experience begins with our warm Worcestershire welcome, provided by our friendly and welcoming team at every event. This helps make your time at New Road as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

Our meeting rooms offer smaller, more intimate spaces for exclusive and private events, while The BEARD Terrace and The View suites provide stylish balconies, contemporary interiors, and panoramic views of the ground.

For larger events, the Graeme Hick Pavilion and the Chestnut Marquee can host up to 200 guests while offering striking views of the pitch and the beautiful surroundings.

Ahead of 2026, we are proud to introduce our “Worcestershire Sourced” commitment, which aims to source 90% of all produce at the ground from local county-based suppliers. Our refreshed dining experience across all event spaces celebrates quality by championing local producers and bringing the very best of the county to your plate.
