These offices provide a high quality working environment within a superb countryside setting. The views of the Blythe Valley region, an area of outstanding natural beauty with a protected nature reserve, are fantastic. In the park itself, formal avenues are linked by footpaths and cycleways, which in turn provide access to the neighbouring countryside park. It is just nine miles (14.5 km) southeast of Birmingham, the UK's second city. Absolute fraudsters and thieves! You are forced to pay for a minimum of 2 hours of parking just for a quick 10-minute visit. To make matters worse, despite getting multiple appointment confirmations, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes past my scheduled time. The only reason I didn't get a huge parking fine was pure luck because I bought 2 hours in advance. Terrible service, absolute disrespect for people's time and money. Avoid at all costs!
