AVOID AT ALL COSTS - would give 0 stars if possible! I am in-between houses and needed a temp office space initially I was sold in on a 1 month private office space that I could cancel on the first day and it would only run for a month. I changed the start date to the 16th but they did not inform me that you still had to cancel on the 1st of the month otherwise it would run for 2 months (which was impossible due to the contract not starting till the 16th). I've rang multiple times a week to the sales people who just seem to be biding there time and now payments have automatically been taken from my account without my permission for an office space I've not even been given access to. No one from the site has even been in touch to onboard me to the office space either so as far as I'm concerned I'm paying for something I've not even been given access to. Terrible customer service from both head office and this site (I've never actually spoken to anyone there as no ones been in touch not even by email). If anyone is looking for an office space just golook somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
