Wow. Just wow. The candlelight concert of Ed Sheeran and Coldplay was unreal. The atmosphere was great, quiet but you could tell that people were enjoying it. The staff were friendly and the facilities were very clean and up-to-date. I would give it 6 stars if I could. A MUST visit in York

Had a look round on way back to car. Looks like a great, friendly venue. Staff very nice. Don't live in York so only visiting but would definitely support.

It was a lovely experience. We saw Aurora Strings, they were amazing. The staff were very pleasant and the temperature was just right in the room.
