At the moment you choose Mytton Fold you will be given your own personal Wedding Planner Folder to help you bring together your plans for your big day with suggestions for suppliers we like to work with who will help with the detail.
Our team of chefs will ensure that your wedding breakfast is beautifully presented using the finest local ingredients from the Ribble Valley – a true taste of Lancashire, and throughout your day you will have the support and experience of our Hotel Toastmaster, a senior member of our Management team.

We celebrated our wedding here in August 2024 and we can’t thank the venue enough for all they did for us. We wanted a private big meal the night before and they were so accommodating. Our actual wedding day was perfect, the events team were so thoughtful and proactive ensuring all of our little details were taken care of. We were able to make changes to the package and request a special evening buffet inspired by where we got engaged - it’s these fine details that make a day memorable for us and personal. The venue itself is stunning, it’s big enough to accommodate everyone but really feels like your own space, making the day feel intimate. We filled most of the rooms at the hotel so it felt really private. We would definitely recommend the venue and we will be returning to eat in the new restaurant asap.

Stayed for two nights to attend a wedding, excellent hotel lovely staff. The wedding was a great success everybody was very well catered for. The rooms were good with a large comfortable bed and well stocked hospitality tray with fresh milk. The bar had two well kept cask ales, which were welcome and well priced for a hotel. All in all I would highly recommend the Mytton Fold hotel in the picturesque Ribble Valley and would hopefully like to return sometime.

Had a good experience staying here for a wedding. Plumbing in the room was a bit off at times but not horrendously so (took ages for consistent hot water, weird toilet flush). Staff all very friendly and helpful. Wedding facilitators and reception in particular were great. All very clean and well maintained with lovely grounds and an adjoining gold course. Only issue I had was one of the cleaners letting someone into my room when I was showering - not the end of the world as it was a family member but it shouldn't be happening without some sort of checks - imagine if it had been some random and they pinched my laptop, wallet etc. not good. On balance though it was a pleasant stay. Food is excellent, though be prepared to pay for that quality as it's not cheap.
