We are licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies or Partnerships so that your entire day can be held in one place and planned with our team to make sure that you enjoy one of the most special days of your life to the fullest.
At Cave Castle, we have a number of suites available for your reception. The Balmoral is south facing and is filled with natural light. The room is also host to a terrace which overlooks the lake and lawns. The Balmoral can cater for up to 100 for your wedding breakfast, and 150 for your evening buffet.
We also have The Sandringham Suite available. This was originally the castle courtyard and still features part of the outside wall and arches. This is the larger of the two suites, accommodating 150 for your wedding breakfast and 200 for an evening buffet.
Both of our suites have their own private bar and dance floor available. They can both also be opened up into one room for up to 200 for your sit down meal and 300 in the evening.
Cave Castle also has the Windsor Restaurant and Kings Room available for smaller events that cater for 50 and 20 respectively. These two would only be suitable for a wedding breakfast, and couldn’t be used for an evening celebration.
We really believe that dreams can come true, and we aim to make sure that you and your guests enjoy your wedding day from beginning through to end.

This is a great location for a lovely hotel with good food and a super golf course. My wife and I have stayed here many times and always been happy with all the facilities. The hotel is small friendly and quirky. The food is excellent both breakfast and evening meals are of a very high standard. The golf course is great, not to tough for visitors but sensibly rated so golfer of all abilities can play and enjoy the game. finally the staff everyone associated with the site are helpfuil, friendly and cannot do enough to make your stay as perfect as possible. All in all a fabulous hotel and golf resort. Would recommend highly.

It is a beautiful hotel, has a golf club, SPA and looks amazing from outside. Rooms are also very nice and clean but you can see the wear and tear, you clearly can see that it is very old building. They could freshen it up. But if you are not after luxury it is a good stay. And food there is great, so tasty and good prices, portions are quite large. Staff is kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be returning.

Nice place with nice grounds and pleasant rooms. Loved the siutes of armour by the entrance all very medieval. Food was pretty good too. Staff were polite and attentive in the restaurant although they seemed really rushed as it was a full house that evening and things came out of the kitchen in a drip feeds. No Major issue and it happens when its busy and it didn't detract from our evening.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the castle bed rooms and was amazed at the beautiful views we had and the size of the bedroom - huge. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice and quantity. Evening meal was good, although thought the choice a little limited. My husband played golf and had an enjoyable time and was impressed with the course. Staff were friendly in all aspects and nothing was too much trouble if you needed assistance. I would have given a five star rating but felt there was some issues, the curtains in the bedroom either needed to be lined or needed a blackout blind as too much light came in the room in the morning. Also, wallpaper was beginning to peel apart in the higher section of the walls in the bedroom. Lastly, the hot water took forever to come through - for which there was a notice regarding this - but so much water was wasted while waiting so long for the hot water to come through.

Exterior is beautiful with a nice golf course and spa but the rooms are very dated. The shower was very low pressure and my auntie had to change rooms because it smelt like sewerage. The breakfast was fine but nothing to rave about. I think for the price it wasn't what I expected.
