Mercure Bolton Georgian House Hotel

Lovely hotel in a great location. Was here for a work event at Bolton Arena and worked perfectly for us. Went to the Bar/Restaurant for some food on the Saturday evening and Adam was a great bar man. Very polite, patient and entertaining! Highly recommend.

We recently had our wedding at this hotel and honestly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Every single member of staff made us feel so special, and the whole day ran perfectly. A huge thank you to our wedding planner Katie and her amazing team including ram who looked after us so well throughout the entire process and on the day itself. Katie went above and beyond to make sure everything was stress-free, organised, and exactly how we imagined it. Her attention to detail and calm support meant the world to us. The venue itself was stunning, the food was fantastic, and all of our guests commented on how incredible the atmosphere was. We also have to mention Alan the DJ, who absolutely made the evening reception unforgettable. The music was perfect all night, the dance floor was full from start to finish, and he created such an amazing atmosphere for everyone. Thank you all so much for helping create memories we will treasure forever. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wedding or special occasion! Rebecca & Daniel

It says it's a three star hotel, and the evidence supports it is a good one. Checking-in was quick, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast had a good range to choose from, with some really nice croissants. For the price we paid this covered all bases and was good value for the money.
