Christina truly went above and beyond as our waitress at Radisson Blu Edwardian (Steak and Lobster restaurant). Her exceptional service was truly exemplary, making our dining experience truly memorable. Not only was she attentive and friendly, but her knowledge of the menu and recommendations truly enhanced our meal. Christina's warmth and professionalism added so much to our visit, and we left feeling truly satisfied and grateful for her top-notch service. She is a true asset to the Radisson Blu Edwardian team. I have spent years traveling the world and her service was the best I've ever experienced.

Spent 3 nights in this well-appointed hotel for the Mambocity salsa congress. Breakfast buffet was simple, but adequate. I wished there were more vegetarian options. Really nice decor in the common spaces, ample ballroom space. Multiple restaurants in the hotel, and ample restaurants deliver to the address. Recommended!

This is our second stay at this hotel. Location is perfect for Heathrow. We arrived on an early flight from Australia the first time & they kindly gave us an early check-in, which was much appreciated after a long haul flight. On our way back to Oz, they gave us a late check out & an upgraded room. Breakfast is standard buffet fare with hot & cold selections. The hotel has long corridors with hundreds of rooms. There's a gym, but it's not 24hrs unfortunately closes at 10pm. I found the room a little cool & couldn't adjust the temperature

For anyone with a sensitivity or allergy to fragrance or perfumes - this hotel used multiple very strongly perfumed air fresheners/cleaning products throughout the hotel and in individual rooms. I had to ask for the windows of my room to be opened (FYI: you cannot open the windows yourself) so it could be aired out as I wouldnt have been able to breathe in the room otherwise. Doing this and turning off the central air helped but if you have a strong sensitivity, I’d recommend you’d avoid this place. It’s a shame as a lovely hotel otherwise, staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room was good size, clean and good location.

We stayed and parked here prior to our flight from Heathrow T5. Parking and location are ideal, we caught an Uber to ther terminal for ease but I believe there is a shuttle bus available. The lobby and bar area of the hotel was lovely, a really cool vibe and decorated to a nice standard. Unfortunately the rooms don't really match the standard of the hotel entrance, restaurant and bar. The rooms are fine for one night prior to a flight, however the cleanliness wasn't amazing, when we arrived our toilet wasn't clean - however the reception staff were great and changed our room as soon as we asked for it to be cleaned. Overall for an airport hotel it was fine and I probably would stay again due to the ease of parking and getting to the airport. The staff were great as well.
