Absolutely shocking service. I was denied the happy hour special regardless of the bartender having seen me wait behind his previous customer, for over 10 minutes. I was served 3 minutes past the hour of the special. The bartender was slow and clearly had no interest in being there. It was a fairly quiet, mid week evening. Following this, the bartender purposely poured me a flat pint with no head and presented it to me saying "this is a gift for you"??? Not to name and shame but this man should NOT be allowed to work in hospitality or customer service. The fact that this behaviour is allowed is absolutely disgusting, especially for a Central London cocktail bar. Had I been somone else this scenario may have ended a lot worse for the bar tender. I was insulted and had never been treated this way. This was by far my worst experience I've ever had with a bar and its staff. There are a thousand other places in London your hard earned money will be better off spent.

Good old school music. Bar staff are fit & funny. Door staff definitely not. Over priced beers (£5.80-£7 for 330ml bottles). Cocktails are tasty, but usually sweet (obviously depends on what you order!). A good night out. Get there before 10pm so you don't pay the £5 door charge.

They only have 1 vegetarian option and it was absolutely tasteless which is shocking considering the price of my 3 course meal. If you only have 1 vegetarian option, at least add some flavour to it. UPDATE: They have 1 more vegetarian option that wasn’t on the set menu, the halloumi pepper burger and swapped my meal. Much better... except the waitress was reluctant to tell the chef & initially told me the chef had gone home.

My husband and I went last night and absolutely loved it! The place is lovely, the staff were charming and the girls just fabulous. There were a couple of hen parties there and a stag do, a few birthday celebrations and other couples too. What a great thing to do. We will definitely go again when we have visitors.

We went to see a burlesque show at Sway and it was amazing. I've never seen burlesque before so didn't know what to expect, it turned out to be very funny and sexy performance nothing tacky. It was well organised and the seating was good and it wasn't like a crowded bar with a performance thrown in. They have a restaurant upstairs which was quite reasonable for Covent garden, the food wasn't too bad either. The restaurant was packed with hen and stag dos. You can also book the smaller rooms for private parties, which I will keep in mind for the future. The disc was also good and we had a great time. Would recommend them.
