The Skinny Kitchen in Islington, London, is the perfect venue for events of all sizes. We can accommodate a variety of occasions, including birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, product launches, fashion shows, wedding receptions, work parties, and more. Our space is both unique and versatile, featuring a DJ booth, a stage, and a spacious outdoor terrace with a covered and heated pergola adorned with plants.
The main restaurant area indoors can seat up to 100 guests or accommodate 200 standing, while our outdoor terrace can host up to 40 seated guests or 100 standing guests.
Our ivy filled sunset terrace is perfect for hot summer days or cosy nights snuggled with a blanket under our heaters. Whether you are looking for after-work drinks or somewhere to dine and watch the world go by we have you covered, literally.
Available for exclusive hire for seated events of up to 50 guests and standing receptions of up to 100 guests
The removable furniture means the space is totally flexible and can cater to every guest's needs.

Cancellation policy
A 50% non refundable deposit is required upon reservation to secure the date, with the remaining balance to be settled 1 month prior to the event, this is non refundable in the case of a cancellation but can be carried over to a new date providing we have received 7 days notice to reschedule the event. A credit card will be required for the security of the remaining balance. Any remaining balance will be due before departure upon receiving the final bill, the client will be liable for the minimum spend being reached and any monetary value left over, they agree to be processed to the card on file

March 2024The best customer service I’ve received at a brunch ever. This was me and my friends second time going to the brunch as we enjoyed it so much and both times have been great but this time was amazing. I had an issue where I split my trousers and the manager (I think his name was Adam) went to the shop to get pins so I could pin them but when that didn’t work he got me some trousers to change into. I am so grateful! The food was amazing and service was so quick. I cannot recommend enough

January 2024We went today for a birthday brunch and the staff couldnt have been nicer. Was disappointed to have no champs or sparkling rose in stock despite being advertised! But the food was fantastic, lovely decor and our servers really went above and beyond. Thank you!

February 2024Food was lovely. I knew it was child friendly before I got there, but didn’t expect kids to be running riot. The DJ booth and music was quite loud and we were glad when it finished. The waiters were all lovely, but I don’t knowing they were short that day, it took some time to get anyone’s attention. However, would def go back

I opted for the Superfood Salad Bowl, and I was blown away by the vibrant colors and fresh ingredients presented before me. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I appreciated the generous portion size that left me feeling satisfied and energized.
