Ambience was good on a warm day. Need a better drinks selection. One cider, and it was on tap. Come on. Unfortunately the staff kept pushing us out, "you have this table for 2hrs" even though we were actively buying drinks not just sitting on one or two. Happened twice, "here's the bill as you only have 20 more minutes here" when we didn't ask for it. Very unwelcoming as a business practice. All of our group mentioned it. We believe this was because we weren't buying much food and they figured they could get more money with other customers. Annoyingly there were lots of free tables and we ended up just booking another two hours. So it was totally counterproductive to what they were trying to do anyway. Seems to me they could just say "would you like to stay longer" and then extend our booking. Felt like they wanted to get rid of us, which was not a good experience.GOOGLE REVIEW

Visited on a busy and sunny Sunday for lunch with a friend. Had a virgin cocktail and a plate of Kedgeree. (I’d ordered the shrimp burger, but it had sold out) Efficient service and well presented food and drinks. My only complaint might be that portion of food seemed meagre for the price. That said it was flavourful, and garnished with a nice soft boiled egg with bright yellow yolk. Looking around I saw a lot of people tucking into the Sunday roast options - next time I go I’ll have to order that.GOOGLE REVIEW

Great location, great ambience, great food and great staff. We enjoyed a lovely evening here with family and our dog. Staff were really welcoming, even brought over water bowl and dog treats when we arrived. Would definitely recommend and will return againGOOGLE REVIEW

We had a table for 6 for a couple of hours on a summer Sunday afternoon for drinks. We sat outside until the weather turned and they were then able to accommodate us for the last part before we went somewhere else for dinner. Its a great setting on Regents Canal and across from Coal Drop Yard. This redevelopment is really tasteful and history preserving. We only ate a snack over our drinks (Calamari that was cooked to perfection) but what was coming out to others looked really good. Prices not insane for this part of London and a really good selection of drinks. Servers were all really good. Highly recommended.GOOGLE REVIEW

Lovely elegant modern building in the magnificently redeveloped Coal Drop Quarter. Without booking and on a busy day we were welcomed by everyone and we had a table with a great view of the Long Boats on the canal. The staff were friendly and welcoming without exception and our waitress Farida was such a positive, warm and efficient waitress that it elevated our mood! Nothing exceptional about the food but about right for the price. The whole thing is unfussy and efficient in a light, open building with bright, welcoming people.GOOGLE REVIEW
