My sister and I had both booked for the same time, yet we were refused entry simply because we arrived together. The reasoning made absolutely no sense and no effort was made by staff to find a reasonable solution. Instead, we were met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude that left us feeling completely unwelcome. What should have been a straightforward appointment turned into a frustrating and stressful experience due to the company’s inflexible approach and lack of professionalism. We had also been instructed to call upon arrival, and when we did, the staff member hung up on us, which only added to the frustration and poor treatment we experienced. To make matters worse, we are now concerned that our deposit may not be refunded despite being denied entry through no fault of our own. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. Poor communication, poor customer service, and an overall disappointing way to treat paying customers.
