March 2024I’ve stopped at this hotel before where by I had a good experience, which has led to me returning again. Upon arrival I was greeted by a gentleman called Bahman who provided me with an excellent service. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The hotel within a great location of the city of Birmingham and is walking distance from the main attractions. The price isn’t bad either.

The staff and service is always amazing, we was welcomed back with a complimentary drink off Marie-Ann and Alana who were super helpful and informative providing information about travel and public transport in the area. Highly recommend staying here as the staff make it so comfortable and a lovely experience!
