From the moment we check in the staff were fabulous, Bali could not do enough to make our stay special. The rooms were airy and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Absolutely terrible afternoon tea. Do not book! The service was awful, the tea itself was basic. The sandwiches and cakes were mediocre. Vegetarian mixed with salmon. I cannot express my disappointment. I did let the staff know and the feedback fell on deaf ears.

Great value for money. A beautiful and clean room overlooking the large and peaceful garden. As we sat in the garden with our drinks we saw many pheasants and deer! It was just what we needed after a long day at Thorpe Park. Ben was so friendly and accommodating, we'll be back for sure. Thanks Joe and Natalia
