Cancellation policy
If event is cancelled 48 hours prior the customer will receive a full refund. Less than 48 hours prior pre payment will not be refunded. If the booking is for a group of 15 guests or more, venue needs to be aware 10 days prior to event that this needs to be cancelled for full refund.

May 2024Had such a lovely time their, a staff member called Aaron was incredibly helpful and helped the atmosphere stay lively. As well as him another staff member called Emily C was also extremely lovely and showed great representation for Roxy's. Their was also a manager on shift that unfortunately I can't remember the name of but she was in last night and she was incredibly switched on and brilliant at her job. Thank you very much!

May 2024We had the best time but if it wasn’t for Olivia we wouldn’t have stayed for another game. Oliva was so helpful and attentive so we didn’t have to wait for drinks, Olivia was there and made sure we had the best time! Olivia helped us to book additional games to what we had booked and made sure all our connections from game to game were seamless and not stressful. I would love to come back and have Olivia look after us because she made our whole experience amazing and made sure we will come back.

April 2024Came to the bowling which was reasonably priced and good fun (and not busy which was good) but the actual balls were really greasy and we were all left with our hands feeling dirty after which wasn’t ideal! The drinks were nice but very overpriced and very small - I paid £11 for a gin and lemonade and it came in the smallest glass possible so that was a shame
