Hotel it self is good as well, basic needs are filled. Beds are comfortable enough. Good trip! Fun history about the hotel, related to the founder of the Scouting groups around the world. Gift shop offers neck slides, patches, t-shirts. Outside is a statue of the lad, cool to see. Date of visit: November 2012

I will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Staff is so rude and inconsiderate!!!! We had a prestige beauty pageant and we thought that we will have a peaceful and no hassle event but the staff named Mauricio was shouting at us commanding us what to do although we politely asked permission if we could just finish it. Also, during the event was warning us so rudely and sarcastically to stop the function as well as threatening us that he will switch off the lights if we don't stop and what he did, he switch off the microphone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
