Our delicious catering is provided by the Manchester Central team and our chefs take inspiration from across the globe to create an extraordinary culinary experience brought to life using some of the North West’s finest produce.
We search Lancashire, Greater Manchester and beyond to find local independent producers, farms and growers that take pride and excel in what they produce.
The Avro Suite is also available for meetings and conferences, located within Concorde Conference Centre.

• More than 180 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 10% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 90 and 179 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 25% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 30 and 89 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 50% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Between 15 and 29 days prior to commencement of License Period for the Event – 75% of the total event value (to include the licence fee, pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges) • Up to 14 days prior to commencement of License Period for that Event - 100 % of Licence Fee and 100% of pre ordered hospitality and any other additional service charges.

March 2024Visited on the 23rd Feb, taking our grandsons for the eldest birthday. Had a great tour, which was very informative and very well presented. The tour started with a short film, and then we boarded Concorde and started the onboard presentation. The kids got to sit in the pilot seat, which made their day. Then, it was a brief guided walk around and collection of certificate. Car parking was included in the price. We arrived early as the kids wanted to do a bit of plane watching. There're plenty of places, including a covered area, to watch the planes and have your sandwiches. There's a shop to buy aviation related toys and gifts. A couple of small rides for kids and decent toilet facilities.

March 2024Visited here for a works awards evening. Pretty incredible venue, and to have a tour of the Concorde was brilliant. It's an amazing aircraft, and I would highly recommend anybody hiring out the venue.
