Stayed in a Junior suite. The beds were comfy, shower was awesome, separate bath also had a flexible showerhead available. A great view across Manchester from the top floor. The buffet breakfast was amazing. Special call out for their freshly baked bread, it was absolutely delicious. The dinner meals were expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Wonderful staff, All so friendly and kind. Room amazing with AC. so close to the train station it's so easy to get to town centre and to get a uber. Ordered room service. Would definitely go again. But definitely won't be having the food again Wasn't big fan and £8 for 4 halloumi fries 😮💨. Pizza too dry and burger chicken was like a brick.

Arrived at 15:30 to be told our room wasn’t ready yet however still proceeded to check us in and give us the keys, said we had 3 rooms when we only had one under my name but was sorted out very quickly We arrived into our room to find it looking “clean “ so we went down to the bar for a bit to eat and drink before heading out for the evening (again no issues there and was very pleasant) We returned to our room for showers to find black mould in the bathroom room, hair from none of us around the bathroom, toilet roll holder not strong enough to hold the paper itself My plug by my bedside to not work, we were quite disappointed and I have paid a lot less for a room which was cleaner at other hotels Hotel staff were very friendly and can not fault anything else and the bed was very comfortable We were in room 545 for the hotel’s information so these issues can we sorted out

Stayed for a week, having stayed in this hotel previously. Each time I stay here I'm impressed with the reception staff and how friendly they are. Alas I booked this hotel in advance on a refundable rate (paying more) but that doesn't entitle you to breakfast, but booking a non refundable cheaper rate does. The rooms are clean and tidy but need a bit of attention to minor repairs or dilapidation, I think the hotel is maybe 7 years old? Needs a bit of a touch up. The gym is probably the best gym I've seen for a hotel though!

Hotel location good. Rather noisy with trams passing by. I’m a village boy but maybe I’m being fussy Rooms ok albeit looking tired in places bathroom has lots of mould Beds ok albeit pillows resemble a mixture of foam with added Lego blocks. Breakfast was a nice selection but the hot food was as warm as a cold pancake from last years pancake day But The staff are amazing. Brilliant and friendly so well done to them
