We had an early lunch at Lucky Cat on Saturday. The flavours in every dish were fantastic. The setting and the menu lend themselves to a slow, shared and relaxing experience for couples. I would say this is a restaurant suited mostly to adults and children older than 10 years, as the glassware and decor are upscale and fragile. Our server was sophisticated and knowledgeable. In addition to explaining the menu, he was able to suggest a sake that matched our menu choices. Every dish was compiled with care and arrived promptly. Our glasses were topped up with no waiting. Overall we had a wonderfully relaxing and delicious experience. The architectural beauty of the setting (an old bank with high ceilings, marble walls and beautiful wood) complements the food and service well. I can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended if you appreciate Asian flavours and sophisticated, fun dining!

Amazing! Just amazing! Went for my daughter's birthday and enjoyed every minute.  One of the best places we have been. The interiors are beautiful, I think it is original historical interiors that nicely kept. So comfortable.  So quiet and relaxing.  Staff is amazing. The food is really good. Actually, I am not a fan of Japanese cuisine (my daughter is) but I really enjoyed the meal. Taste, presentation... everything is good. Well. It is not cheap. But it is worth every pound you paid. Nice place for special occasions.  Very Highly recommend.

This was the first experience in the Gordan Ramsay restaurant and it was quite unique and elegant. The presentation and the building has beautiful architecture and clean space. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and she is a big fan. We did not go for the set menu as we do not prefer such dining style, we got amazing drinks as well I got the espresso martini, roll the dice Negroni, and we tried on of the peach sake selection that was just brilliant. We got sushi, bao, egg fried rice.

Overall slightly disappointed with the food. Sashimi selection was good however this wasn’t served on ice and so it would have been a lot better chilled. The duck bao buns were good but would mark it down as you have to construct it yourself for £40. Beef short ribs were cooked nicely but the sauce on it was just too rich and the pickled cabbage was over powering. We also had the fried chicken which the sauce was underwhelming and could have done with a little more flavour and sweetness. We did order some aubergine but we never received them. For dessert we went with the Apple treacle cake, highly recommend this one, probably my favourite thing we ate. The yuzu and passion fruit souffe was too sour. Cocktails were nice, we had 3 cocktails each. Service was alright but didn’t recall anyone actually checking to see if everything was okay with our meal. Overall this costed just under £300 for two people.

Beautiful building nicely decorated, food is good but nothing amazing, wine selection very poor and overpaid. I didn't like that there was no option at all for kids on the menu so families are not welcome unless your children can have whats on the list. Overall not for me and not impressed. Shame as was really exited to try it
