Really lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, big bath and shower. Great facilities, most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. Breakfast was fantastic. Honestly cant praise this hotel enough. Stayed for three weeks with work and would definitely stay again for leisure.

Hotel room was good size with amenities. Was a shame the sauna was not working when I booked the hotel, but the spa treatment services were the best I’ve experienced. Rue was really attentive felt like I was on cloud 9, highly recommend!

We have been staying at this hotel regularly for over a year now while our youngest attends Manchester Children’s Hospital, and every single time, Raj has gone above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. From the moment we walk through the door at breakfast Raj greets us with the warmest welcome and a genuine smile. He always takes the time to chat with my children, making them laugh and feel at home which means so much when we’re often here for hospital appointments. His kindness, friendliness, and consistency never go unnoticed. Raj truly is the heart of this hotel. His professionalism combined with his caring, approachable personality makes such a difference to our stays. Staff like him are rare he treats every guest like family, and we are so grateful for the positive impact he has on what can often be stressful trips for us. Thank you, Raj, for always being so friendly, helpful, and cheerful. you turn a hotel stay into a genuinely comforting experience. Great location, very comfortable rooms. Great facilities, lovely breakfast at the premises, with great chefs and staff, everyone has been so nice - especially Raj, who was very attentive and looked after us during breakfast. Highly recommend staying at this hotel

We stayed at the Marriott for 10 nights. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and the staff at the front desk were excellent — very polite, accommodating, and quick to offer solutions. Unfortunately, we had an AC issue that wasn’t fixed until our last night. The team offered a fan and even suggested switching rooms, but since it was the middle of the night and we had kids, moving wasn’t possible. The bigger disappointment was the room service. On the first day, the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Even on the days they did clean, the surfaces weren’t wiped, the garbage wasn’t taken out, and you could still see visible dirt. The bed sheets were never changed during our entire stay. We were traveling with a 2-year-old, so naturally, there were occasional stains from chocolate or juice, but instead of replacing the sheets, they would simply tidy the bed and leave. The customer service team deserves praise, but the housekeeping quality needs serious improvement.
