What’s included in the venue hire price?

A full buyout gives you private use of the entire 250-cover restaurant, central bar, mezzanine, and private dining room, with flexible layouts and access to our in-house AV for music and speeches. All furniture and staffing, chefs, bartenders, and service teams, are dedicated to your event.

Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

All catering is in-house, from multi-course banquets to canapé receptions, alongside a fully staffed private bar. External food or drink isn’t permitted.

Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

You have wide scope to brand the space, banners, planted décor, pillar wraps, and lighting can all be arranged, subject to protecting the building and memorabilia. Our team will coordinate timings and safe installation.

Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The venue is fully accessible with step-free entry and lift access to the mezzanine, plus accessible ground-floor restrooms. There’s no on-site parking, but multiple city-centre car parks, Deansgate rail/Metrolink, and taxi drop-offs on Deansgate/Lloyd Street are close by.

What is the venue’s pricing structure e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options?

Exclusive use typically works on a substantial minimum spend, around £20,000 for an evening as an illustrative guide with all F&B counting toward it. Per-person packages can be created to meet the agreed minimum.

We decided to come to Gusto based on a family recommendation and it was sensational! My Grandson had the Duck Leg and it was delicious! I ordered a Carbonara which was beautiful and would like to praise the kitchen for such a high quality experience. Our server Gennaro was very attentive and helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I would thoroughly recommend this to others for a family setting or for couples. Thank you Gusto!!

Amazing food and service here! Very chilled out ambience and had a good catch up with my friend over a meal and some drinks. Nick was attentive and very friendly and nice. Will definitely be coming back!

My family and I had an outstanding night on my mother’s birthday. We were served by Josh, such a friendly and lovely guy. Wonderful service and atmosphere. We even got a birthday dessert which was amazing. We would definitely come back again! Recommended!
