We love this hotel and have stayed a couple of times, most recently for our wedding. The staff are excellent (shout out to Tara on concierge), the rooms comfortable and the vibe classy and cool. Highly recommend for a city break.

Mum daughter date shopping in Manchester and theatre to watch Aladdin. We had such a lovely time. The room was lovely, staff were so friendly, kind and nothing too much trouble. We attended the social hour before the theatre too. Everything was wonderful. Breakfast was also spot on in lovely surroundings. Would absolutely recommend 😊

Excellent hotel, right from the lovely welcome this place was great. The hotel itself is in a beautiful building with lots of interesting architectural features, and the rooms have been done out in a very modern style. Great cleanliness and excellent products in the bathroom. The bar had a fantastic atmosphere (Friday afternoon into evening) too. We only had breakfast but it was a very good quality buffet with lots of booths to eat in. Can’t wait to go back!

This is a beautiful hotel. When you walk in it is absolutely stunning. & it’s right by the train station. Great location. Plus there are so many areas with tables where you can sit & relax. We had a below ground room downstairs. The room itself had about 5 (kind of) windows. They were opaque so you can’t see through them, nor open them. However the curtains over them would not close all the way so when the sun was out you had light in the room. The bedding was great, the mattress was very firm. There were comfy robes & soft towels, a mini fridge kettle, & pod type coffee maker. Plus the (non alcoholic) drinks in the fridge & light snacks in the room were complimentary. The bathroom was a little small but the shower/tub combo was a decent size. The odd part was that it was a big step up To get in & a big step down to get out while Your feet are wet- it would be nice for a handle to be there. The carpet in the room was obviously dirty too. They had a great gym, which we used. & there was a social hour at 5pm- it got you one glass of wine & corn nuts.

I stayed here for an award ceremony. The room was very nice, but located in the basement, with no windows and was below social rooms as it was really noisy with moving furniture above. The reception staff weren't the friendliest but not rude. Breakfast however was amazing, no rushing and food was really good quality. Overall i dont think the room was value for money considering how expensive it was, but breakfast was worth the money.
