Stayed here just before Christmas to visit the markets, it's a great location close to everything, all the shops, bars and restaurants. Room was really nice and bed comfy. The infinity pool was a perfect way to chill out and relax.

A gorgeous & very luxurious boutique hotel in Manchester City centre - I’ve now photographed three weddings at this venue and each time to staff there have been wonderful to work with & really helpful. If you are getting married here check out the roof terrace - it has great views for portraits! There are loads of interior areas that work well for group photos, including the top bar area as it has lots of natural light and provides an elegant backdrop. The coffee here is also excellent - and I ordered food during a break at one wedding - a couple of light bites with chips in the downstairs bar & it was perfect. I’d highly recommend it as a location for lunch.

My wife and I were there for Christmas Day lunch which was fabulous. The welcome on arrival was warm and it felt wonderful. The service was superb and food great too. The hotel decor was beautiful and very tasteful. I’m not surprised the place was fully booked.

One of my favourite Manchester Hotels. Great environment and rooms have always been very nice and very clean. Very friendly and helpful team in general. However service in the 'Tavern' has always been pretty poor, don't go there if you are in a hurry. Gave up waiting for someone to ask for the bill after 20mins, had to go to front desk to pay for meal..

Visited for a training course which took place within the Small Hub room. This is a great venue for training. Staff are very helpful and attentive. They were on hand to refresh drinks and deliver food to our room. The refreshments were of a great quality. Big shout out to the chef & staff for the lovely lunch on both days. The small hub is actually a decent size inside and comfortable. We had 6 people + 2 trainers and had plenty of space for course material and laptop
