With 9 remarkable events spaces on offer, the Royal Institution is the ideal choice for your next corporate meeting or evening soirée. Boasting a 420-seat auditorium ideal for larger-scale conferences & presentations, the Royal Institution can also offer further spaces suitable for smaller forums, private dining, seminars, receptions and parties.

The Royal Institution is an independent charity dedicated to connecting people with science & innovation. All revenue generated from venue hire is donated back into our charity.

This room adjoins the Library & Writing Room and is an ideal catering space for larger events taking place on the first floor. Full of character, with its white pillars, fine marble fireplace and historic books creating a pleasing and elegant space, it can also be used for break-out sessions, exhibitions & networking or can make a perfect intimate private dining space

Amazing experience at royal institution of science, today was a family fun day. There were young scientists, sharing their knowledge with the people from all kind of ages. Very good location, beautiful old building. We registered for upcoming events. Science, math, art and many other subjects can be learnt and improved here.

I love this place, we visited many evening science events with my 11 years old daughter; latest - meeting with Apollo's astronaut Alfred Worden was very interesting. Also summer school events for children are wonderful. The building is very beautiful and historical and the feeling that Rutherford, Maxwell, Faraday and other great scientists worked here makes you high.

Brilliant place to run a conference or an event / client meeting. So amazing to be able to use such a space. I’m not sure people realise all the history so it would be great if the events team always offered an intro to the history and purpose. Great place. Great facilities. Great location. Great staff. 👍
