January 2024Make sure you register your car at the hotel even if not staying, I was helping my elderly father check in and got a parking ticket for being 15 minutes on their premises. Edit: Hotel manager and ParkingEye team recognise the error and have resolved the issue in my favour. Do still be very aware of the car park process.

November 2023This hotel is ok for a quick visit although it is not located in the centre of Leamington Spa. To visit the centre you will need either a taxi or to go by car. The room was a bit tired, furniture not in very good condition (bedside table was crooked) but it was clean. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Seemed expensive for what it is though.

January 2024The worst experience at a hotel we ever had. The Christmas party descended into a full night of riot. Guests having to sleep in the foyer to avoid the noise. Police called. Hotel staff can't be blamed for their guests behaviour but they response was poor when it did go tips up.
