Great stay at Conference Aston! The location is one of the best ; right near Birmingham city centre. The room is small but amazingly well designed, with everything you need. What I loved the most is that the rooms are eco-friendly ; a really thoughtful and modern touch. Highly recommended!

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel, it was very nice and quiet , one thing I always judge by is the cleanliness and standard of service. On which points it scored really well. I liked that they are trying to be environmentally friendly and ethically sourcing the food. The breakfast was really good. But one thing I'll say is you really need to work on your signage. Maybe you are trying to understate it's a hotel.

Have had a lovely stay at this hotel. Was booked by my work for a business trip and im so glad this was chosen. The staff at the reception are fantastic and very thorough and attentive. Ive not caught any names but the young man with round glasses has been extremely helpful. Our room is lovely and very clean and well looked after. There are great facilities (only thing missing is a safe in the room). The bed is very comfy. There are tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. There are loads of fresh water options with fruit near reception which is a lovely touch. The young lady who welcomed us to breakfast was great and explained everything as it was our first time. There was another helpful lady who helped with operating the coffee machine and was so attentive and didn't make us feel silly. Breakfast was good value for money with hot and cold options. The restaurant has excellent food options and the portions were fantastic. Very reasonably priced and again the staff were so lovely and helpful. Id highly reccomend you stay here if you are visiting Birmingham. Thank you.
