A really great place. Very comfortable, excellent service from staff who were constantly keen to assist their guests. We had a package deal that included a three course meal. Sometimes this would be a “second best” menu but not here - it was genuinely first class in both taste and presentation. Only downside is that it is a bit remote and hard to get to e.g. taxi from Heathrow was over £100. Also nowhere else to eat within walking distance.

This is a lovely, very modern hotel. The staff are super nice and very helpful with anything that was needed. The rooms are very clean and really nice, they even had a U.S. outlet which was really handy. The only thing to be aware of is parking. If you're staying as a guest, use their parking garage. It still costs money but half of what it costs to park in O2 parking.

Awesome hotel. One of the most polite and nice front desk staff I have come across in several years. A special shout out to Anndrea at the front desk! She is super helpful and always smiling. Wish there were more front desk staff like her at other hotels

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel offers stunning views, especially in the evening, which really elevate the whole experience. Rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained and feel properly premium. Breakfast was excellent — wide selection, high quality products and everything beautifully presented. Easily one of the highlights of the stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff were exceptional throughout: attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. A perfect choice for a special stay near the O2 — highly recommended and absolutely worth it.

Just spent the night to see a show at the O2 and it was perfect! Great location next to O2 arena, large river view room overlooking the Thames. Excellent service from very polite, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and sky bar on 18th floor gave a superb latenight view. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend 😉👍

Decent convention hotel with good AV setup. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and courteous; just as you would expect from the InterContinental chain. Dropped one star for the convenience aspect. Since it's located somewhat remotely, you want be able to easily get a hold of daily essentials. Need some deodorant, a lighter or red bull? Enjoy a 30 minute walk. They should really consider adding a convenience kiosk of sorts.

We didn't stay at the hotel but had a really good experience at the spa. The facilities are really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. We had an issue with the offer when coming to payment but Sophie was really helpful and kind. Would love to return one day

Honest thoughts from my stay: - Beautiful, but not a family friendly hotel. Came here with my 2 year old son and was told we couldnt go to the lounge on the 18th floor or the one on the first floor because of his age. Also happened to be an event the night we stayed here on the 18th floor which we didnt know about, it was disappointing because my husband and I really wanted to check it out and looked forward to going there. - Overpriced parking. Stayed at 5 stars before but never paid over £50 for parking for just one night. It was a rip off. Also 3 items from the mini bar cost us over £40. - Stunning rooms with bad lighting. Seems to be a theme with hotels that the rooms are very dimly lit. This basically means we couldnt get dressed properly for our evening event- or at the least it wasnt enjoyable dressing up. Guests need to have the option of being able to turn the light up if they need to get dressed etc as some enjoy a good amount of light. Overall: very pretty hotel but lacks some real basics. We feel like we paid too much for what its worth, we paid over £500 for one night!
