DRNK Coffee Houses are a buzzing space with textured wood and walls, recycled wood top tables and smart black accents. There’s a rare neighbourhood feel where the baristas greet many people by name, ready to serve coffee devotees their daily brew

The coffee, meanwhile, is strong, smooth and consistently great via our local friends at Gold Goat Coffee.

It's a spot where you may have to share a table with a stranger, but don’t be put off – the crowd is always friendly, or you’re meeting up with friends to add to the atmosphere

    February 2024

I recently visited this coffee house and found that despite the industrial look, It seemed grubby and had very little to offer. Hardly any cakes or food at all actually. I was greeted by a young girl who was very polite alongside another of her team members who was also polite. They were casually dressed and spent a while on their phones before noticing i was at the till. I paid for my drink and sat down hoping to make a call and unwind after a day at work. unfortunately, a family of around 12 people came in and spread out in the cafe with extremely loud children and barking wet dogs going in and out of the emergency exit doors and seemed to act like they hired the room out for a private function. The young girls obviously didn't feel confident to handle the matter as other potential customers were put off by the situation and walked away. I'm not sure why these girls were left to manage the cafe alone without a manager on site as they can't have been over 17 years old and seemed nervous and more importantly for safety reasons. I did receive good service but it seems the place is lacking in many areas.
