First time coming after a class and though nice treat for my daughter. Waited 20 minutes in a queue and the customers in front of me who ordered hot drinks just got grumbles and huffs from the staff. When I was served the staff were yawning, practically falling asleep and rude. It really felt like we were all interrupting their day! Shame as lancing leisure centre is lovely.
