A truly magnificent hotel. The exterior, rooms, and views were gorgeous. The hotel was perfectly clean, the staff were amazingly friendly, and the rooms were exceptionally spacious. A true, modern, 4-star hotel. The chocolate walnut cookies they give you at check-in are warmed nicely and seriously have got to be some of the best I've ever tried. The location is convenient, as Dunfermline is close with shops all around. Furthermore, it is located near Edinburgh and not out of the way at all. 10/10 guys, thank you for a beautiful stay for my first night in Bonnie Scotland!

Beautiful Place with wonderful members! Special thanks to Magda at check in. Very polite and thoughtful lady. 😊 Cookies as always spot on! Room!? The best of the best! I’m so grateful for spending my time in this room! Thank you so, so much for that! 😊

It's my second time at this hotel and I'm sure it won't be my last. What I love the most is that it's fairly remote, no noise, has a really beautiful view of the bridges and river. The blackout curtains are excellent, and I mention this becuase I am that kind of person who cannot sleep if there's any light streaming in. The rooms look nice and elegant. However, there was an issue with the room on my second visit however, thanks to Mr. Daniel Hajas who handled the situation very promtly and efficiently, the rest of my stay was really great.

Came for the first time last week for afternoon tea everything was delicious apart from the scones which we were looking forward too they were quite dark and not light and fluffy. But what I found really off putting was the restaurant feels like it's just a walk way for quests coming and going can't fault the staff.
