Great covid rules in place to not deny your enjoyment levels.. Excellent staff and friendly gamers inside.. Food is excellent. And games are priced to have fun or go big.. Also winning can be achieved..

First time back due to covid lockdown. The establishment has put in all covid rules for opening. Slot machines have individual closed off areas . You have to wear face masks the whole time. Plenty of hand sanitation machines available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stair lift from ground floor to upper floor. Adequate parking with 2 disability bays.

Food was 10/10, had the braised beef, garlic cheesy bread and halloumi fried everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. A long time since I've had a perfect meal anywhere! Tables were well set out and the local atmosphere was great.

Overall really disappointed with my visit to the casino in Northampton; poor customer service, unprofessional questions asked in front of other customers, asked for membership loads of times during my hour and half visit and to make matters worse I’ve now received a parking ticket..... would have been nice to have been informed of the parking process as it was my first time? It really should be 1/2 stars however I rung up today to discuss my parking situation and an amazing lady by the name of Julie sorted it all out for me; really helpful and very understanding! I think Grosvenor Casino should take some direction from Julie on her customer approach!

A very poor experience. Both cash machines went out of order. I requested £300 and was dispensed £10. The casino washed their hands and advised to contact the ATM operator. Appalling customer service and was not interested in trying to assist me.
