I booked this last minute and from the moment we arrived the staff were all really helpful and friendly. It looks like the hotel has recently been refurbished but some parts still look a bit tired. The food was amazing couldnt fault it and great choice for breakfast too. Would stay again had a lovely night stay.

I’ve been visiting the leisure club for over 28 years which has really gone down hill and increased significantly in price recently. The sauna and steam room are way too cold, the showers are genuinely never warm which you have to constantly hold on with one hand - it’s is an insult for customers. The floors are very dirty including mould in corners of walls. The jacuzzi is often broken or closed way ahead of closing time, which is never communicated at the desk unless asked. This is all following shallowing of the deep end. Apologies for such a negative review but I am furious at the 50% increase to £150 13 visit for a ‘club’ which is lower standard that a typical leisure centre facility.
