Very expensive for IMAX and the seats near the front afforded a terrible view. They should either take thise seats out altogether or offer them at half price. Dont get me started on the £5 bombay mix bags or the £4 for 100g of sweets bags. What a psi take.

If I could rate 0 stars I would turned up to watch bob marley 22.10 to be told our film had been canceled and swapped for a Hindu film. I was in so much shock. I had booked my tickets in advance so they would have see people was viewing that film on that screen. Absolutely disgusting that they think it's OK to do that. Waste of transport, snacks and getting a babysitter for our kids. Maybe take Mobile numbers for Advance bookings because we was none the wiser!!!!! Never going back again out of fear of our film just being canceled

I never usually leave reviews but this is a **MUST READ** Went with my family to watch Dune 2, we paid the extortionate price for IMAX and had back row seats. In the last 40 mins of the film I kept feeling movement under my seat, I also felt movement by my feet but thought it was my parents either side of me. Then I felt something touch the back of my foot?? So I reached down and it was.... a HAND?!?! Initial instinct thought there was a demon under my chair, I quickly put my phone torch on and there was a person under my seat?!! They quickly slid back along under everyones seat on that row. I made the stupid mistake of taking my shoes off (lesson now learnt), but as I picked them up to put them back on as i thought they had been trying to steal them I noticed they had put chewed gum in both my shoes?? In hindsight I should've raised the issue at the time but I didn't want to let some lowlife ruin the end of a film for myself and my family, however they did as for the last 20mins of the film I was in a state of panic that there could be someone under my chair. My evening was ruined as I feel totally violated that someone was under my seat for at least 20mins and upset that a film I was really enjoying was ruined for me. I wanted to post this so other people are aware, I question if I had a handbag on the floor if items would have been stolen? So take home messages: 1) Dont take shoes off in the cinema (stupid of me anyway) 2) Any items on the floor at the cinema are vulnerable 3) There could be someone under your chair?? 4) Save your money and wait to watch the film in the comfort of your own home

£15.99 for standard seats in this day and age is criminal. Floors every so dirty. Toilets stank of disinfectant, and i could taste it. I should of gone in my wheelchair because there is no where to sit outside of the screens. I don't know another cinema that doesn't have chairs for people to sit on outside screens. We was there very early for the film. I said to the person at the popcorn counter. Would they be able to provide me with a seat as i cannot stand and queue. Which they said if i asked the ushers they would get me one. I got to the ushers and asked. I must of got through atleast 5 ushers. Whilst waiting at the bit where you show tickets. 2 girls went on their break. A new one arrived who also left. Another who arrived after waiting for 15 mins (by that point i decided to sit on the floor as i couldn't physically stand any longer). He radio'd again to get one. I just managed to get up with the help of the people i was with and my crutches. I went to the disabled loo. When i exited the chair was there. But the usher said our screen had opened. I went to the counter to buy something else. And a memeber of staff were very quick to take the chair away. I really could of done with a comfy recliner chair to help my back feel better. I have low spine damage. And something like this could put me in bed for a week. I wish I'd never gone. Ive not used this cinema in years. We came because there were restaurants downstairs. So could get something to eat after
