Just returned from a night stay at the Hilton, myself and the wife had a lovely stay, beautiful hotel, Malachi at the check-in desk was very professional and friendly. The city centre is within walking distance but far enough away it was quiet at night. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The only let down was breakfast, the food itself was not bad, it WAS tasty, but after paying £19.90, I was expecting more of a variety, and the presentation of the hot food buffet was not great, food dumped into casserole dishes and fried eggs lazily piled onto a plate under heat lights felt more roadside diner than 4* Hilton. Over all, very happy with my stay and I would stay again.

Really nice Hotel, great location, just a short walk from all the Pubs. The hotel has a nice modern, spacious and luxurious feel about it 😎 The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Rooms are great, spacious and well appointed 👍 The Beds and Pillows are great. The Aircon is good, but you can also open the window for fresh air which is excellent (and a rare thing to see these days 😉). Breakfast is excellent, with a great selection and good quality. They have a nice Exec Lounge, I didn't get to try it (as I was too late) but it looks good, and a great place to relax (or work)🙂 Definitely a great Hotel to stay in, I'd happily return again if I'm in the area 👍

Really well maintained property. Excellent location. 2 minute walk from Lanyon Train Station. 20 minute walk into centre ( note I'm not a power walker). Good taxi service. Staff really friendly. Some staff very unexperienced/ don't appear to have received any basic training in service. So some issue may arise. Overall Would highly recommend location, staff friendliness and hotel as place to stay.

I resided at this hotel for holiday and just checked out this morning, March 23rd. The hotel is located in a great location and within walking distance of many attractions in Belfast. I was definitely impressed by its location, but that’s as far as it goes. The staff were friendly, but not well accommodating. We dealt with thin walls and neighbors next door that continued to be increasingly louder throughout our stay. We requested a new room and was denied. We also called to alert the front desk of the noise and the issue continued. We spent three days within this hotel with limited sleep due to the lack of serenity and quiet. I also had issues obtaining room service when called. The phone would continually ring to no answer and I waited over an hour and a half for a Caesar salad after awaiting an answer for room service. Not an absolutely terrible place to stay, but I would highly recommend you stay elsewhere if you desire prompt, attentive service and sleep!

Upon check-in we discovered our air was not working and it was quite warm in the room (1115) We called, someone came promptly and reset our room's system and the air began working. While we were sleeping, it stopped working and it quickly got warm in the room. This is very sad to experience in such a lovely hotel. And to be paying more to be in the executive floors - you would expect a certain level of comfort. Not an air system that clearly requires repair. Fortunately, the breakfast was delicious
