Came to celebrate rock choir Christmas party, 2nd year on the trot! Kim the bar lady was fabulous! Made sure we had everything we needed, was super friendly and have incredible service, what more could I ask for!!! Thank you for making our night even more special!! 😍😍

Excellent customer service across all areas of the hotel. Dining and bar area - Irene was amazing. She couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Her customer service was excellent. The other bar person working on Thursday 16th, evening meal (I never caught her name) was extremely helpful and professional. Lydia- Breakfast. The service was excellent and dinning area very clean and tidy. The ladies on reception were friendly and accommodating for our groups needs. Amazing customer service. Lastly, the cleaning staff (Vanessa, Kirsty , Jen and Tracy) provided a first class service 13th-17th October 25. The room was very clean and the room was freshly prepared each day. Thank you ladies. Had my sons 21st at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The arrangements, staff and facilities were spot on. Big shout out to Katie and her team who ensured everything was perfect. Catering, DJ and all the details were managed by them and they made arranging it all so easy. Can’t thank them enough. Thanks Katie!!!!

Rooms could do with an upgrade but well maintained. Food is good. Staff are lovely. Our server Ryan was very attentive and strikes up a good conversation. Location is fab as just over the road from Middlebrook, with shops & restaurants. Overall worth a stay.

Ryan is absolutely fantastic. Lovely bloke and extremely polite. The rooms are standard, but well maintained, clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast is served fresh every morning with a variety of choice and the evening meals are ordered to a time of your choice. The food is as expected and the staff are marvellous.
