Apothecary East, Private Dining Room

Inspired by Izakayas, Apothecary East combines a relaxed cocktail bar with an elegant dining room serving contemporary Japanese cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, rare spirits, beers and wines.

It's an ideal location for group or private dining, boardroom meetings through to large standing receptions and drinks parties. The venue has a variety of different areas available for hire making it the perfect spot for any celebration.

Open for drinks as well as lunch, light bites, dinner, and brunch on Saturday’s. We take reservations for parties of all sizes and walk-ins are welcome throughout the day.

Music is eclectic with live DJ’s playing on Friday and Saturday nights from 7pm until 12am.

Our private dining room is located on the lower ground floor, benefiting from natural daylight through a row of skylights. It's exposed brickwork and vintage turntable make it a quirky space, perfect for a whole host of functions and celebrations.

With capacity to accommodate up to 22 guests seated on one long table or a maximum of 35 people for a standing reception.

Guests dining in the room are able to choose menus featuring signature Japanese style sharing plates including robata grilled skewers, sushi and sashimi complemented with a selection of local and Japanese beers, hot and cold sake, wine, and Asian-influenced cocktails like the Apothecary Highball and Found in Translation.
