May 2024I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels in the Bonvoy network; the London EDITION blows every place I’ve stayed out of the water in all aspects! The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the service is what makes this property distinctive. From the front desk, to the bell staff, to food and beverage, everyone was incredibly hospitable and welcoming, to the point where I was greeted by name by the majority of staff members throughout my visit. Special thanks goes to bar manager Anthony for his incredible hospitality and care - we will go out of our way to stay here again and this will be our undisputed first choice whenever visiting London.

May 2024We are big fans of the London Edition and popped in last Saturday evening before a gig at the 100 Club around the corner. We were warmly greeted by Fab at the door, shown to seats at the bar where Fab then sent over two glasses of complimentary champagne to help us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We stayed for a second drink and were then presented by a chocolate cake as well - customer service beyond the norm and totally exceeding expectations. We look forward to going back soon. Thank you to Fab and all the bar staff - wonderful!

March 2024Special thanks to the night manager Kaylan that went out of his way to deliver my backpack! Great stay. the lobby, restaurant and bar are a wonderful part of this property. Service was all around excellent. Quiet street in a great neighborhood. Mellow but upbeat. Highly recommended if you want a relaxed adult lounge vibe.

In short, excellent - brilliant creative cocktails served by a fantastic, skilled and pleasant barman Babu, who also made the evening special for us as it was the 1 year wedding anniversary for my wife and I. Would gladly return for an evening drink or even dinner.

April 2024I am a big fan of the Edition hotel bars globally, though one experience stood out. The London Edition bar service. Super attentive, attention to detail, anticipation, all well received! Ozgur (bar waiter) great work, not often I write about staff service unless it's really good, top stuff. Friendly, caring and happy. Definitely will come back to say hey to this gentleman and have a drink at the bar.
