Can't fault my stay. It's Christmas party season and needed something for an overnight stay in London. Booked online and to my surprise this place was actually very good value compared to the less quality hotels around Euston / kings cross. The hotel itself is smart, big airy lounge with interesting features and a whiskey bar attached as well. But alas I'm more a vodka man, rather than a whiskey drinker. The room itself was modern, nice comfy bed, stylish bathroom and absolutely no complaints. Put simply, its a smart, hassle free hotel, with good service and located in a very practical part of town if you're wanting to get around london. I didn't try any of the food, so no comment on that.

This was a fantastic experience for both Business and Holiday. Direct access to about any train or tube you need to take from the two nearby stations make this an ideal location. Great workout room overlooking the city. Extremely comfortable beds and clean, well maintained rooms. But it's the employees that made the experience for us. With our first trip to London from the states, they couldn't have made our trip any better. Always smiling, always patient, and just a joy to see every morning and night. Bianca especially was delightful and made our eleven year old daughter fall in love with London. They even delivered a lovely dessert plate to her complete with a panda design because she had remarked how much she loved the panda exhibit at one of the museums. Thank you so much to Bianca and the rest of the staff, you have made this our only choice in london.

Great hotel near major underground / train station. Modern rooms + top class reception at reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Beautiful hotel with an awesome lounge right at the start of the hotel, rooms have a lot for space and the view is absolutely amazing. Service is brilliant and it is just really comfortable to stay at. It's clean and is just overall brilliant for a hotel but it could be better if they had a swimming pool ;)

Pros: Convenient location. Modern and functional design. Not too much traffic noise if the room is facing north. Cons: - Tiny rooms for the money. - Clueless staff. I was only told breakfast was included at checking out. - Loud and leaky doors (made worse by the unruly customers from late night drinks). - Non-stop vibration noise when HVAC running in-room or from neighboring rooms. - Shady messaging on the TV makes me question their integrity. ("on-demand program will be billed as broadband package"; can you please not try to sell porn so hard?)
