Good central location. Room was lovely and spacious. Only downside for me was the soft bed. The television reception was not great. Picture distorted frequently (weather conditions were good) and strangely the TV was interrupted aech time the wardrobe door was opened. Staff were friendly, attentive and polite. Generally a great stay in a busy city.

A really lovely Italian women checked us in (early!) and couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We requested quiet room - and it was definitely the quietest room we've ever stayed in in central London - had a great nights sleep! All. staff we encountered during our stay were friendly, and it was a great breakfast! This is going to be our go-to London hotel.

Check-in was good, the wonderful gent behind the counter raced out as we arrived at the steps and took our cases in for us. He then checked us in and it was all very quick and welcoming. Our room was brilliant, huge comfy bed and good pillows. Bathroom was well appointed with a great rainforest shower head. My only complaint was the frosted glass door on the bathroom. What the heck is this trend all about? I'm really not interested in sharing my ablutions with others in the room, some things should just stay private. Had a drink in the bar after dinner offsite, service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend the hotel, brilliant location close to both Euston and St.Pancras.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the Pullman London, and a huge part of that was the exceptional hospitality from Shiv and Zohab. These two are absolute legends, total bros, really! Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they were also great conversationalists, which made every interaction pleasant. They went above and beyond, helping me with everything I needed at the hotel. And their recommendations for local restaurants and cafes were spot-on and genuinely appreciated! On top of the great service, the hotel itself is solid and in a very central location, making it perfect for getting around to most parts of London. If you're staying here, make sure to say hello to Shiv and Zohab; they're the best!

stayed for 1 night and it was a good experience overall. was offered complimentary drinks for waiting to check-in, which was nice. bar and restaurant area is lovely. the bed was soooo comfy and the room + bathroom was overall really lovely and clean! i slept really well! i just think for the price, the room could have more amenities perhaps
