We were greeted by the upmost care and professionalism from the moment we entered. Sonia guided us to our rooms and ensures we had everything we needed upon arrival. Later in the afternoon we were greeted by the wonderful Rachieal who was most accommodating and conversational. I couldn’t recommend these people and this hotel more!

Very nice rooms. I had a single room which was small (as you’d expect), but had everything you need, including wardrobe with iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The en-suite was very nice. A very comfortable bed. My only issue was the breakfast, rather than being put under covers, all the food is displayed under heating lamps, so when I arrived (about 8:30) the breakfast had being served 1.5hrs already and the food was tepid and the artisanal bread was hard and dry. This is an easy fix, just put the food under covers like most other hotels.

I have stayed at the Wesley a few times. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the room I stayed in was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is close and convenient to Euston station and is only about a five minute walk. In spite of being close it is quiet in the room. I had to mark it down on service as for a reason unknown the kitchen is closed on a Monday so no room service or dining. I had not been forwarded and was hungry when I got there. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Overall a nice place to stay.

First of all the service was amazing and the workers there really helped us out a lot. Rachael was excellent and looked after me, my wife and my daughter. She answered all the questions we had and made our stay easy. She does deserve a raise! The location of the hotel is good but i am giving it 4 stars because the hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but I would give it more of a 3 star hotel based on the room we was given. Other than that, our stay was great!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Booked for a work trip was paid for by work, cost was £319 for a Saturday night. I stayed in a double room it was very clean. It had a desk, wardrobe, iron, kettle with tea and coffee facilities, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror & tv. Frosted screen over the windows but both ends could open slights. I did have aircon in the room too. Bathroom was a very large wet room. Good amenities provided. Downside is the kitchen isnt open on a Saturday evening, i had a £35 tab for dinner however i had to go outside of the restaurant to order food which i will now have to claim back via work. I asked at reception if it was possible to have a wine glass, as i couldnt eat or drink at the hotel i wanted to purchase wine from the local supermarket and some food to have in my room. Unfortunately they couldnt provide this as the kitchen was locked. As i was staying as a solo traveller i did not want to be out in central london on my own and during the dark evening. The morning i had breakfast, buffet style. No complaints on the breakfast it was nice and alot to chose from. I didnt use the coffee machine. Location is great however hotel cost just didnt feel worth what the hotel was
