Staff is brilliant, Erika in the restaurant served me the most delicious much needed dinner after a long day of travelling. She was super friendly and professional. Mable at reception too was awesome, sorted my check in and a misunderstanding regarding dinner, which the booking company hadn't communicated to the hotel despite having been included in the payment. Room was clean, eco friendly and super spacious! Great team/ room/ location, highly recommend.

I hosted an event at one of the hotel’s rooms and had an excellent experience. The staff were amazing—professional, responsive, and very helpful. During the event, the receptionist on duty was extremely efficient and proactive, assisting us instantly whenever we needed something. Thanks to their support, everything ran smoothly without any issues. The hotel also set up the room beautifully and elegantly. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.

Good once construction work finishes as difficult to find in the dark coming from Euston station and temporary path. Service and staff good and excellent breakfast facility. Good size room and mattress, (pillows neither one thing or the other, two sorts firm or soft but difficult to only use one). Great shower, perhaps a shelf under the mirror for toothbrush and essentials. No sanitary bags in bathroom for disposal in bin. Good tea and coffee making facilities including water.

The rooms were nice but the air-conditioning in the room are centrally controlled resulting in constant calls to the reception to change between heat and cool setting which is very inconvenient. Calls to the reception was also very time consuming as they were unable to change the air-conditionining panels at times resulting in uncomfortable conditions to my stay. Further the sheets in the room was slightly ripped with what appeared to be small bedstains which was not acceptable.

Room 328 a Superior Room had desk furniture with side strips damaged, either chipped or totally missing, showing the chipboard underneath and this was a Superior Room. The damage to furniture was extensive. Window ledge, large chunk out of it see picture below. No bedside tables just an amateur affair of painted wood screwed on to the wall to make a shelf, screws showing, this shelf wasn't wide enough to totally accommodate the lamp base they had on it. Couldn’t hold my phone. Asked to get a different room within 2 minutes of arriving. Was taken to another room with no windows in it and down narrow dark corridors. Decided to stay where we were. We had already paid by then. Window vent stuck open, we complained later that night and apparently maintenance had left for the day. Next day still not fixed. The lady that came to fix the window vent told me to phone Reception myself when I requested she got the Manager up! She also told me no Manager or Deputy Manager was on site at that time, Saturday night. A big mistake booking this hotel. Pictures of superior rooms bear no relation to the superior room (Room 328) given to us. Some staff pleasant some extremely rude. Plastic brown wall with small cigarette sized holes. I pointed these holes out to a different staff member. Seemed as if this was all new to them. This is not a 4 star hotel, more 2 star. Spoiled our trip and would never return to this hotel.
