Had a great 1st time experience at the races. No need to over dress for the grandstand & paddock. The bars mainly only take credit cards. Not many taxis available to get you there or back to your accommodation. Book in advance

A very enjoyable day out at the races, we were in the County Stand and the only complaint is the lack of sign's for toilets, in fact there didn't seem to be that many around, perhaps we didn't know where they were!! We did think there would be more food available, we had a Hog Roast roll that was a bit of a let down but that's an Independent not the fault of the Course I expect. All that said we hope to be able to drive around the 250 miles again and go to another meeting as we love York.....

It was very busy being the last race. Met up with a friend which was nice. Preferred the picnic area. Was in the grandstand. A plus was the lovely staff on various gates. Helpful and pleasant!

Great racecourse. No bother you can relax. If you haven't been to the races before this track recommended as well as the hog roast bap.

Went to the clock house enclosure. Top class racing at a fraction of the cost of the 'posh' side. Cool box and chair. Excellent afternoons entertainment . Couple of winners more than paid the entry fee and covered the bets.
