Was here as a review of my PIP benefits, 70% of the questions asked where irelevant to my health condition, my records did not even mention my diagnosed health condition, both my PAH and angina are diagnosed and both were conveniently missing from there system, well see how it changes my entitlement knowing that they deliberately missing out 2 off the defining conditions I have. Ontop of the failed assessment i had waited 50 mins after my apointment time and then only given 10 minutes in the review . She the reviewer was more interested in my past than my bonafide health conditions , in her report she stated inconsistancies as to make out i am faking , how can one fake having PEA surgery a 18,3 quarter hour long surgery under full bybass conditions, the huge ugly scar on my chest from that and a following surgery to fit titanium plates across my sternum to stabalize the ribs and sternum wich had broken into loads of tiny pieces due to reaction my body took to vit K and then Tazocin almost 4 weeks in intensive care etc . This they have on file all this info from previous assessments and still as a result my PIP entitlement has been stopped. Now thanks to this shambles off a review from one of there so called health professionals who is a nurse not a doctor . I am back to being in hige debt unable to pay my phone, broadband, repay my loans etc all that i was managing prior after 4 years of these benefits . I would recomend taking a camera or a voice recorder and record your review not just for this office of ATOS but any ATOS office , they even called my mobile during the assessment, as in the report she even lies claiming i went to get my phone and had to reach up to the coat rack , i acctually placed my hoody top on the table i stood up and at hip hieght removed my phone from the pocket , no suprise when as soon as answered they hung up , at the time despite only ever getting calls from my mother i didnt think anything of it untill it was used as a point against me in the report. Be wary be very wary .

Summary: not interested in small-business clients, very reluctant to repay deposits. I rented an office at Lochside from August 2013 to June 2017. For the most part, the staff were helpful and the office was extremely useful, though I had to watch the invoices very carefully, as things that had originally been thrown in as part of the deal kept creeping back in as paid items. At the end of April 2017, an hour before the deadline for renewing my lease, Regus announced that they were cancelling it. The email I was sent was so thoroughly garbled, and was sent so late, that I had to wait three days (until after the Mayday bank holiday, when of course the center was closed) to find out what was going on (apparently some big corporate client wants to take over half the building). I was offered relocation to Princes Street, Livingston or Motherwell (which I thought was particularly imaginative -- have Regus looked at a map lately?) None of these was appropriate, so I left at the end of June. Three months later, Regus have still not repaid my deposits, which run to about £2k. Furthermore, the new center manager refuses to return my calls or reply to emails -- in fact, I have only the receptionist's word that the center manager even exists. At this rate, I'm going to have to get my solicitors involved in order to get the deposits repaid. Take an office with Regus if you want, but if you're a small business, bear in mind that they'll cheerfully give you the boot if someone bigger comes along and waves more money at them, and that once you're out the door, they won't give you the time of day. And they seem determined to avoid repaying deposits. Addendum 20/11/2017: Regus finally paid up a few days ago, under written threat of legal proceedings, four and a half months after the end of the contract.
