Love this hotel! Great location, close to the train station and great food located nearby. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The snacks and drinks in the room are also complimentary which is amazing. The only issue i had with them was that the WiFi barely worked and I used up so much data.

We enjoyed our stay but a word of warning, we ordered 2 cocktails and 2 drinks and were fleeced. 1 the waiter assumed doubles and did not check if the guest wanted a double. 2 Our request to have cocktail was not explained they would price each ingredient over their standard 12-15 pound listing 3 They asked if we wanted nuts , olives and crisps and the charges us 12 pounds for the smallest bowl 4 Tried to conceal the discretionary charge when we remonstrated about the cost of drinks 5 one guest only wanted a single and they said they had given a small bowl of crisps free …. 5 pounds !! Saved It is shameful that a 5 star hotel profiteers on those who have paid for quality and transparency to their already highly priced room … beware

We had the afternoon tea, we didn't stay but we had a lovely time. The food was nice, we had lots of tea. Not the biggest selection but the staff were friendly and amazing. Beautiful interior. We met a wonderful couple with an adorable little girl who wished me happy birthday and it all added to the experience.

Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews which to me seems like they are bought. The hotel is not 5 star at all and certainly not the service. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each. When we got there they said we don't have any rooms available with 2 beds. We had kids with us how can we all sleep in 1 bed. The rooms were very small and no windows. The one window they had on the top was nasty to look out to. See pictures attached. We had to end up getting extra room for higher price. The staff was not accommodating at all. The girl in the front desk kept on repeating like we were dumb. She was not willing to understand how we are paying for extra room because of there fault. The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. It felt like I was in a motel not a good hotel. NEVER AGAIN.

Brief stay but sadly underwhelming. Certainly not a 5* experience/hotel. Large room of a standard I would compare to the Premier Inn Plus range. In comparison the bathroom is small and cramped.Shower cubicle tiny. It's not terrible but there are a lot more better options at this price point in London. Pros - Great check-in experience. Good professional staff Large Bedroom Cons - Broken hand sanitizer unit in the lift. There appeared to be attempts to fix using some white tape. Scratches on the cupboard doors. Small cramped bathroom. Shower unit, tray and shower head dirty also the silicone around the shower tray was mouldy. Heated towel rack not working. Cold room. Heating system not great, very noisy when running. Breakfast items plentiful but some cooked items cold.
