Cancellation policy
CANCELLATION & DEPOSITS You may cancel this agreement only upon giving written notice to the venue; however, a fee may be levied. Please see cancellation policy below. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of bookings (or any part thereof), the following cancellation charges may be levied at the sole discretion of the management. We require a one-month notice period, to inform the venue of any cancellations. Should the client cancel inside of this one-month notice period the FULL balance of the agreed minimum spend is payable to the venue. If the client requires to move the booking date, we require one months’ notice of the date change in writing. The venue will try and accommodate the client subject to availability. The venue cannot accommodate any date changes out of this one-month notice period. This includes COVID related matters however, should the venue be forced to close due to COVID restrictions, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations are not valid unless a notice of cancellation is sent by recorded delivery to the venue. With exceptions for bookings during November to December whereby the venue requires a 3 months’ notice period from the client to cancel or amend any booking.

January 2024We visited this place for a birthday treat and had the Japanese afternoon tea. The venue was lovely with a great atmosphere, and the staff were both professional and welcoming. The afternoon tea was unique and delicious - sushi and fried chicken with tea, who would've thought? A special moment was when my daughter got to help prepare the matcha, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic visit.

January 2024Amazing food and cocktails. Service was ace as well. Great place for special occasions. Would be ideal if they had baby changing to make it more family friendly, but they were able to accommodate by setting something up which i was really impressed with.

March 2024Overall a lovely dinner with a few stand out dishes such as the lobster tempura (absolutely delicious), tuna tartare, Ginza maki and surprisingly the side of egg fried rice. Some of the dishes could have been executed better, some minor reflections ; the edamame being soggy, chicken karaage not being accompanied by a sauce and the prawn tempura maki being tasteless. Nevertheless, I really appreciated the friendly and jovial manner from the waiters and managers who were attentive. The restaurant and bar upstairs also looked sleek and stylish so a perfect place for a date or birthday.
