Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION & DEPOSITS You may cancel this agreement only upon giving written notice to the venue; however, a fee may be levied. Please see cancellation policy below. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation of bookings (or any part thereof), the following cancellation charges may be levied at the sole discretion of the management. We require a one-month notice period, to inform the venue of any cancellations. Should the client cancel inside of this one-month notice period the FULL balance of the agreed minimum spend is payable to the venue. If the client requires to move the booking date, we require one months’ notice of the date change in writing. The venue will try and accommodate the client subject to availability. The venue cannot accommodate any date changes out of this one-month notice period. This includes COVID related matters however, should the venue be forced to close due to COVID restrictions, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations are not valid unless a notice of cancellation is sent by recorded delivery to the venue. With exceptions for bookings during November to December whereby the venue requires a 3 months’ notice period from the client to cancel or amend any booking.

Lovely decor. First visit. We had 3 course set menu with cocktails. 4 starters, 1 main each served with rice & miso soup. Dessert each. Black cod was amazing. We had a broccoli side dish beautiful. Good portions & tasty food the cocktail choice was fabulous attention to detail best cocktails ever. Fabulous service & attentive

I had the most amazing time at Ginza St. James’s today. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The waitstaff Daniel and Veronica were all incredibly kind and attentive, but a special shoutout goes to Daniel, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He made sure both my friend and I were completely satisfied with our food and drinks, and even took the time to chat with us, which made the whole visit feel so personal and warm. To top it all off, he surprised us with a dessert — such a kind and thoughtful gesture! I genuinely can’t express how much I enjoyed my time at this restaurant. I’ll absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend others do the same. If you get the chance, speak to Daniel or Veronica — they are both incredible people and made our night unforgettable. Hope both of them remain blessed.

We celebrated our anniversary at Ginza and the experience was truly incredible. The food was simply mind blowing. We both has fish and it was the best fish we had, ever. All other dishes were equally delicious and the evening was just perfect. We enjoyed watching the chef at the bar, seeing how he prepared the dishes and the show he put on. The cocktails were delicious too. We're definitely going back

We had an incredible experience from start to finish. The three-course meal paired with cocktails was absolutely fantastic—the food was bursting with flavour, and the drinks were crafted to perfection. The service was outstanding; Daniel went above and beyond with his recommendations, making sure we chose the perfect dishes and cocktails. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We also want to give a huge thanks to the chefs and the rest of the team—the effort and care they put into everything really shone through. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience that we’ll definitely remember.
