All meeting rooms within Department are available to book by the hour, half day or full day and are beautifully kitted out with modern and contemporary furnishings, so whether you are looking for a quiet, humble space or a grand board room complete with video conferencing, you will find this here. Located on the ground floor of the building is Fearns, a coffee shop, restaurant, bar and lounge space which celebrates the best of Yorkshire produce.

This beautiful eight person boardroom is kitted out to the highest standard, making it the perfect space for presentations, pitches, meetings and interviews. It's chic interior provides a welcoming, professional feel as soon as you enter the space.

Meeting room 4 is equip with state of the art video conferencing facilities, large flat screen TV, sound proofing, HDMI connectivity for screen mirroring/presenting, air-con & heating and a strong, reliable internet connection.

This room has been decorated with high quality, stylish furnishing; including soft leather arm chairs which offer total comfort. Catering is available and provided by the onsite restaurant/coffee shop, Fearns.
