Set right in the centre of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, we are very proud to shout about our amazing venue. Midweek we welcome our guests to stay in our 21 bed hotel, dine with us in our bar and relax in our outside area with bar and BBQ. Weekends we host live bands and entertainment throughout our 4 room establishment. We are confident to hold any event from civil ceremonies, weddings right through to conferences and market research.

Sometimes it is often hard to find a venue able to cater for product launches, conferences, product training, large team meetings and market research, fortunately we have the space of over 150 person capacity and everything possible to make them a success.

Amazing services from Sam and Alex! Handled the bar so well and were so friendly and helpful choosing the right drink! A real credit to the Townhouse !

Really good night. Watched the England game and the service was very good despite it been busy and using the Apps to get the drinks. Social distancing was very good and the staff just left people to it if you was been sensible and respectful. Great outside area for watching the game and chilling

Stayed in The Townhouse for a work team trip. Brilliant location for visiting Sutton Park (we spent the day there), hotel is within easy walking distance of the station but also provides plenty of free parking for patrons. Lovely decor and fantastic service. Very comfortable beds and good facilities in the rooms. Would highly recommend!

When I arrived I was surprised to find that this was the hotel formerly known as the Royal! My small room was very clean and perfectly adequate but it was up 3 flights of stairs ( no lift ...listed building) Staff were charming and helpful , carrying my suitcase up and down for me ,but as I had had a knee replacement operation only 4 months ago , I tried to limit the no.of times I had to return to my room! I had one eveing meal in the restaurant, food was adequate no more. Breakfast was no longer provided so I had to go to the cafe just across the road. Lovely ladies there provided a very generous breakfast sandwich and coffee each day at very reasonable prices. There is ample free parking at the hotel and it is just a short walk to the town centre. However, if you are a light sleeper take some effective ear plugs with you as there is a lot of road noise from 6am until late at night. Best things about this hotel? Very clean and the reception and bar staff are Great!!
